The trying to sell you your next vacation before you leave is exhausting and you end up having to be a little stern and blunt to get them to accept your answer of not buying something. We were put on a waiting list behind of like 10 other people so we knew there was probably no chance of us getting to rent one. We tried to reserve one on the very first day and they were all rented. You can rent a golf cart but try to call ahead to see if you can reserve one ahead of time. On to the resort, it is a massive resort, the tram system is very spotty and drop you off a bit away from most things so be prepared to do a lot of walking for everything. The Michael Jackson show was music background with videos play most of the time unlike other hard rock Michael Jackson shows we have been to where someone actually sung the songs. The magic show, there was never any words spoken and had techno music playing the whole time, which nothing wrong with techno music but would have been nice for some talking to the audience to explain what was happening so you don’t have to guess what is going on. The food was average at best and breakfast you might as well just skip that and wait for lunch. We have stayed at many Hard Rock Resort and have never been disappointed until now.
